Terms of Service
Effective 14 July 2026 · Applies to the SaiBrief private beta
These terms govern your use of the SaiBrief private beta. They are deliberately short and written for what the product is today: a pre-release service being developed with a small design-partner cohort. A full commercial agreement (MSA, DPA, SLA) will be offered at general availability; none exists yet.
1 · The beta
SaiBrief is provided as a private beta: features may change, break, or be removed; availability is not guaranteed; and no service-level commitment is offered. We may suspend or discontinue the beta, or your access to it, at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to give notice and to let you retrieve or delete your data first.
2 · Your content
You retain all rights to the documents you upload and the briefs generated from them. You grant us only the limited right to store and process that content to operate the service — as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train models, and per our AI gateway's processor terms, neither do our AI providers.
3 · Acceptable use
You agree not to upload content you have no right to process, and — because the beta is hosted outside Saudi Arabia without certified controls — you agree not to place government-classified or otherwise regulated data in the beta. You will not attempt to breach, probe, or overload the service, and you will not use it to violate any applicable law.
4 · AI output
Briefs are generated by a large language model. Every claim carries citations to the source text precisely so that you can verify it — you must review AI output before relying on it or presenting it to decision-makers. SaiBrief does not provide legal, financial, or policy advice; it prepares drafts from documents you supply.
5 · Disclaimers and liability
The beta is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of or relating to the beta is limited to the amount you have paid us for it — which, during the free private beta, is zero.
6 · Termination
You may stop using the beta and request deletion of your account and data at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these terms; where practical we will warn you first.
7 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Riyadh.
8 · Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be flagged to active beta users by email. Questions: use the request form.
